Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and develop robust backend services for financial markets. You will work on high-impact platforms, implement REST APIs, and improve scalability and CI/CD pipelines in a dynamic, global team across London, Amsterdam, Brussels, New York, and Singapore.

The role requires an MSc in CS or equivalent, 5+ years production-grade software experience, strong Java and Spring Boot skills, and good English.

• Strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and concurrency.
• Proven ability to build modular, testable, and maintainable systems.

• Readiness to travel to Belgium.

The Expected Salary For This Position

9 600 - 16 000 PLN - Engineer III
13 000 - 22 000 PLN - Engineer IV
