Job summary

TMF Group is expanding its Operations & Technology team to drive data analytics, process automation, and continuous improvement across the BIIL market. You will partner with HR & Payroll, Accounting & Tax, and Capital Markets to identify opportunities, design scalable tech-enabled solutions, and deliver value through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in data analytics, process automation, and process improvement.
• Experience in project management and business analysis with measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of data analytics, visualization, automation, or programming tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, VBA, UiPath).
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational processes to identify improvement/automation opportunities and design solutions.
• Capture and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
• Identify, mitigate and manage project risks.
• Embed quality and review in all activities and deliverables.
• Define and implement change management to ensure adoption.
