Job summary

Allegro Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Courier Operations Associate to help shape the customer experience by designing efficient courier processes. You will work with true experts, learn on the job, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Based in Poland, you will join a supportive team with a training budget, English classes, and a rich benefits package. Coordinate with warehouses, adapt to shifts, and help build Allegro One workflows from scratch.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar courier/logistics role.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• High school diploma is required.
• Familiarity with city topography.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assign parcels to couriers based on optimal routes and priorities.
• Plan courier routes considering traffic, weather and regional specifics.
• Respond promptly to delays and delivery issues to minimize disruptions.
• Resolve operational issues like vehicle breakdowns or recipient availability.
• Coordinate with warehouse to prep parcels for shipping on time.
• Propose improvements to courier workflows to boost efficiency.

• Assign parcels to couriers based on optimal routes and delivery priorities to ensure efficient service.
• Consider traffic, weather conditions, and regional specifics when planning courier routes.
• Respond promptly to delays, delivery issues, and unforeseen situations to minimize operational disruptions.
• Resolve current operational challenges, such as vehicle breakdowns or issues with recipient availability.
• Cooperate with the warehouse team to ensure parcels are prepared and ready for shipping on time.
• Propose improvements in the organization of courier work to enhance efficiency and service quality.

• Have experience in a similar role within a courier/logistics company
• Have a basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (nice to have)
• Hold a secondary education (high school diploma)
• Are familiar with the city topography
• Have great communication skills and enjoy working with others
• Work well in a team environment (we work as a team every day)
• Are able to make independent decisions and perform effectively under pressure
• Are open to shift work
