Job summary

Allegro Ltd. in Legnica is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure timely execution of processes. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment and guiding the team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include at least 2 years in a similar role, strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a Category B driver’s license. The role emphasizes safety, team collaboration, and inter-department cooperation.

• On a daily basis, you will supervise warehouse operations and ensure the timely execution of operational processes.


• You will be responsible for recruiting and training warehouse workers.


• Your task will be to ensure compliance with operational procedures.


• You will be responsible for the correct operation and timely maintenance of technical equipment.


• You will ensure employee safety and adherence to health, safety and fire protection (BHP/PPOŻ) regulations.


• You will support your team in their daily tasks.


• You will collaborate with other departments within the company on a daily basis.

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a warehouse or courier company.
