Job summary

Amazon in Sosnowiec is offering an Operations & Logistics Internship starting in 2027. The role is onsite and full-time across multiple locations in Poland, with a base PLN 6000 monthly salary and relocation support.

You will work on high-priority projects in Fulfillment Centers, contribute to process improvements, and gain exposure to internships that may lead to graduate opportunities. You will engage with managers and frontline teams, develop skills in operations, safety, and performance

Qualifications

• Currently in penultimate or final year and pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language (CEFR C1).

Responsibilities

• Completing high-priority projects to the highest standard, delivering results.
• Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Proposing and testing solutions with the team to implement the best ones.
• Developing communication and teamwork by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
• Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams and participate in pre-briefs and meetings.
