Qualifications

• Penultimate or final year university student in a related field.
• Eligible for full-time internship of 3–6 months.
• Fluent in English and Polish (CEFR C1).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Curious, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete high-priority projects to the highest standard.
• Analyze data to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Propose and test solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones.
• Develop communication and teamwork skills by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
• Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams.
• Navigate the workspace and move between different areas as required.
• Display flexibility to work various schedules and shift patterns.
• Potential relocation to the designated work location.
