Job summary

Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o. is offering an onsite, full-time internship across multiple locations in Poland.

The role focuses on applying analytical skills to improve Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers and Delivery Stations, with opportunities to learn, participate in leadership discussions, and transition into full-time roles. You will work with managers and frontline staff, gaining exposure to operations, performance management, and a supportive intern community, with relocation

Qualifications

Penultimate or final year in a university degree (Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related).
Full-time internship of 3–6 months eligibility.
Proficient in English and local language of the country (CEFR C1).

Responsibilities

Complete high-priority projects to deliver results.
Analyze data to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
Propose and test solutions with the team for implementation.
Develop communication and teamwork with managers, stakeholders and frontline staff.
Move around the facility to engage with different teams and attend pre-briefs and flow meetings.
