Job summary

Amazon Poland is offering an on-site, full-time internship in Operations. You will work across Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations, applying analytical skills to drive improvements and support operational projects.

The program includes learning sessions, supportive mentorship, and potential future graduate opportunities. The base pay is PLN 6000 per month, with relocation support and a range of employee benefits as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
• Eligible for a full-time internship of 3-6 months.
• Proficient in English and local language (CEFR C1).

Responsibilities

• Complete high-priority projects to high standards.
• Analyze data to identify operational challenges and improvements.
• Propose and test solutions with the team for effective implementation.
• Develop communication and teamwork with managers, stakeholders, and frontline staff.
• Move around the fulfillment facility to engage with different teams.
