Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Intern for Poland, onsite across multiple locations. You'll apply analytical skills to improve Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations, while gaining exposure to leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role offers a structured internship, with weekly support and opportunities for advancement. The base pay is PLN 6,000 monthly, plus benefits and relocation assistance where applicable.

Qualifications

• Currently in your penultimate or final year and pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language (CEFR C1).

Responsibilities

• Completing high-priority projects to the highest standard, delivering results.
• Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Proposing and testing solutions; collaborating with the team to implement them.
• Developing communication and teamwork with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
• Moving around the site to engage with different teams and participate in leadership discussions.
