Qualifications

• Internships are educational opportunities to learn how we lead and develop our teams.
• You will be at the heart of our Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Hubs and Delivery Stations.
• You will trace the journey of a customer order and preview full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete high-priority projects to the highest standard.
• Analyze data to identify operational challenges and opportunities.
• Propose and test solutions with the team to implement effective ones.
• Develop communication and teamwork with managers, stakeholders and frontline associates.
• Move around the building to engage with teams and participate in pre-briefs, flow meetings and leadership discussions.
• Navigate the workspace and move between areas as needed.
• Flexibly work various schedules and shift patterns.
