Job summary

CEVA Logistics Poland is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily logistics operations with a focus on e-commerce returns management for key clients. You will drive KPI achievement, resource planning, budgeting, and client reporting.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong English, experience in large teams, a Lean/Kaizen mindset, and the ability to navigate a global 3PL environment within a dynamic CMA CGM group.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in operations with large teams.
• University degree in logistics, supply chain, management, or engineering.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/WMS data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for strategic management, optimization, and execution of daily logistics operations.
• Focus on e-commerce returns management for key clients and SLA/KPI delivery.
• Resource planning and capacity management to meet forecasts.
• Budgeting, P&L oversight, and cost control.
• Client relations, reporting, and leading review meetings.
• Drive Lean/Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop large teams, manage succession planning.
