Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in operations management.
• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or Engineering.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel) and experience with WMS/ERP systems for data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of labor law regulations handling working time and resource planning.
• Fluent English (C1) for corporate and client communication.
• Executive presence with accountability and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent stakeholder management and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Operations & KPI Management: Managing daily logistics operations to achieve quality, efficiency targets, and operational KPIs.
• Resource & Capacity Planning: Monitoring staffing levels against forecasts and collaborating with planning to ensure resource availability.
• Budgeting & P&L Oversight: Managing the annual budget, controlling operational costs, and analyzing financial and P&L results.
• Client Relations & Reporting: Building long‑term client relationships, reporting on SLA/KPI delivery, and leading MBR/QBR reviews.
• Continuous Improvement: Driving process optimization initiatives using LEAN, Kaizen, and continuous improvement tools.
• Team Leadership & Development: Leading and motivating large teams, fostering employee development, and managing succession planning.
• Asset & Infrastructure Control: Supervising warehouse infrastructure, equipment, and company assets to ensure proper utilization.
• H&S, Compliance & Audits: Ensuring strict adherence to H&S regulations and representing the company during audits and client visits.
