Job summary

Allegro Ltd. in Poland is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily courier team, ensuring timely delivery and pickup of shipments.

You will assist with accounts settlement, data entry into the warehouse system, training sessions for Carriers and Couriers, and collaboration with carriers to improve performance. Shift work is required.

Qualifications

• Have experience in a similar position within a courier/express delivery company.
• Have communicative Polish language skills.
• Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily courier operations for delivery and pickup of shipments.
• Settling couriers' accounts, documentation, assets, and cash for assigned shipments.
• Timely entering data into the warehouse management system.
• Cooperating with Carriers and Couriers.
• Organizing and conducting training sessions for Carriers and Couriers.
• Supporting Couriers in their daily work, ensuring motivation and development.
• Reporting Couriers' performance and results to the Manager.
• Open to shift work.
