Job summary

A cloud systems consultancy is seeking an Operations Specialist to facilitate smooth organizational flow. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks across departments, maintaining company policies, and improving operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years in IT, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English and Polish. The role offers a flexible remote work environment and benefits including health care. Salary ranges from 11-15k PLN B2B net depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in IT, preferably in software development services.
• Familiarity with business & IT environments in modern software consultancy.
• Experience with legal or security compliance (e.g. designing policies related to ISO27001).

Responsibilities

• Enable and support other teams by coordinating tasks outside their core domain.
• Create and maintain company policies to ensure high-quality standards.
• Handle operational challenges that need immediate attention.
• Ensure smooth information flow between different departments.
• Coordinate initiatives including planning client trips and organizing events.
• Research workflows and tools to recommend efficiencies.
• Maintain professional communication with external partners.
