Job summary

BELVEDERE in Krakow is seeking a Functional Analyst to ensure smooth technology delivery operations and maintain project tracking across multiple workstreams. You will document workflows for automation and collaborate with Engineering Managers to align on deliverables.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proactivity, and experience with Jira and Microsoft 365 tools within a technology delivery environment. This is a hybrid position supporting governance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in administrative or operational roles.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills with multi-workstream management.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools.
• Proactive, autonomous working style with strong initiative.
• Ownership mindset with personal responsibility for open items.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational tasks across multiple active workstreams.
• Maintain and update Jira boards and trackers based on stakeholders.
• Build collaborative relationships with Engineering Managers to support deliverables.
• Document workflows and processes to facilitate future automation.
• Attend operational meetings to capture actions and deadlines accurately.
• Track open items through to resolution, ensuring nothing falls through gaps.
• Support governance and compliance processes within the operational framework.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
