Job summary

BELVEDERE in Krakow, Poland, invites a Cost Transformation Business Analyst to join the finance team on a contract basis. You will partner with Programme Managers and Finance Leads to ensure consistency in investment reporting and to drive automation of forecasting and benefits tracking.

You will develop executive-ready materials, provide insights for management forums, and contribute to the transparency of costs across transformation programmes. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven finance experience across functional, operational, and technical areas.
• Experience in Cost, Management Information, or FP&A roles.
• Strong track record of interacting with middle management inside and outside Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills (essential).
• Advanced PowerPoint skills (essential).
• Strong analytical skills with commercial awareness.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and navigation of complex organisational networks.
• Ability to articulate complex issues concisely in simple language.
• Experience delivering high-quality materials for senior management.
• Results-oriented approach with ability to meet deadlines independently.
• Capability to work in small teams with flat structures.
• Basic automation skills (beneficial).
• Prior experience in Cost Transformation reporting (beneficial).
• Understanding of regulatory environments in financial services (beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Track and report investment spend and benefits realisation across transformation programmes.
• Support performance management for budget and monthly forecasting processes.
• Automate reporting frameworks for investment forecasting and benefits tracking.
• Develop digitised, insightful management information for executive stakeholders.
• Verify actual results against forecasts to maintain data accuracy and alignment.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis on financial forecasts and projections.
• Manage ad-hoc project assignments and deliver senior management-ready materials.
• Liaise with Programme Managers, Finance teams, and IT stakeholders globally.
• Create materials for executive management forums and stakeholder presentations.
• Drive efficiency improvements through automation of reporting processes and tools.
• Support revenue recognition tracking and realisation reporting.
• Report on technology and transformation spend including milestones and delivery phasing.
