Job summary

Albany Beck in Kraków is seeking a French-speaking Operations Analyst to support end-to-end Supply Chain Finance transactions within the Structured Trade Hub. You will work closely with operational teams, stakeholders and clients to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in a dynamic, international environment.

The role offers exposure to trade finance operations, reconciliations and risk management, with daily collaboration across French-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day processing of Supply Chain Finance transactions within the Structured Trade Hub.
• Process and monitor transactions in line with procedures, SLAs and controls.
• Support payment processing, transaction matching and reconciliation activities.
• Investigate transaction discrepancies, exceptions and outstanding items.
• Review transaction information for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and support audit requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries.
• Escalate issues and risks through appropriate channels.
• Support adherence to risk, compliance and control frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

Overview

We are looking for French-speaking Operations Analysts to join Albany Beck and support a leading global Financial Services organisation within its Structured Trade Hub in Kraków. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career within Banking Operations and Trade Finance, supporting Supply Chain Finance (SCF) processes within a dynamic and internationally focused environment. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end processing of transactions while working closely with operational teams, stakeholders and clients to ensure activities are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with established controls. The role offers exposure to trade finance operations, transaction processing, reconciliations, investigations and operational risk management. You will gain valuable experience working with financial products, operational workflows and transaction-based processes while contributing to the smooth running of a key business function. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organised and eager to develop a career within financial services operations. Fluency in French and English is essential.

What You’ll Do

As a French-speaking Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day Supply Chain Finance operations while helping maintain a strong control environment and high levels of service delivery.

You will:

• Support the day-to-day processing of Supply Chain Finance transactions within the Structured Trade Hub.
• Process and monitor transactions in line with agreed procedures, service level agreements and operational controls.
• Support payment processing, transaction matching and reconciliation activities.
• Investigate transaction discrepancies, exceptions and outstanding items, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Review transaction information and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy and compliance requirements.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and within required deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and support audit requirements through appropriate documentation and controls.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational, client or transaction-related queries.
• Escalate issues, exceptions and potential risks through the appropriate channels.
• Support adherence to operational risk, compliance and control frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and operational efficiency.
• Assist with reporting, monitoring and management information activities where required.
• Communicate effectively with French-speaking stakeholders and colleagues.
• Support operational changes, process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
