Job summary

Albany Beck in Kraków is seeking a French-speaking Operations Analyst to support end-to-end Supply Chain Finance transactions within the Structured Trade Hub. You will work closely with operational teams, stakeholders and clients to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in a dynamic, international environment.

The role offers exposure to trade finance operations, reconciliations and risk management, with daily collaboration across French-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Interest in Financial Services, Banking Operations or Trade Finance.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Ability to work accurately within defined processes, procedures and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to investigate issues and resolve operational discrepancies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively within an international and team-based environment.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems, products and processes.
• Confidence working with operational data and transaction-based activities.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day processing of Supply Chain Finance transactions within the Structured Trade Hub.
• Process and monitor transactions in line with procedures, SLAs and controls.
• Support payment processing, transaction matching and reconciliation activities.
• Investigate transaction discrepancies, exceptions and outstanding items.
• Review transaction information for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and support audit requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries.
• Escalate issues and risks through appropriate channels.
• Support adherence to risk, compliance and control frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Assist with reporting and management information activities.
