Job summary
Infoplus Technologies UK Limited is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer with SCCM expertise to support a key client in a global IT services environment. This fully onsite permanent role requires strong technical troubleshooting in Microsoft environments and hands-on SCCM deployment and patch management.
You will provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other equipment, troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365, manage AD and VPN connectivity, and contribute to
Qualifications
- Experience in on-site desktop support or EUC support.
- Hands-on SCCM deployment and patching at client level.
- Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
- Experience with Active Directory and user account administration.
- Proficient in ITSM processes and ServiceNow.
- Fluent in Polish and English communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site desktop, laptop, printer support.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and MS 365 issues.
- Resolve SCCM client deployment and patch failures.
- Coordinate desktop rollouts to minimise disruption.
- Prepare deployment and rollout requests.
- Support incident, problem and change management.
- Configure and deploy new devices across facilities, including shopfloor.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and update systems.
- Support Active Directory, Cisco VPN and remote access.
- Use ServiceNow to track and resolve issues.
- Perform data analysis and reporting with MS Office.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure service delivery.
