Job summary

MTU is seeking an IT Support Professional in Poland to provide operational support across locations. You will handle ServiceNow tickets, diagnose Windows OS and deployment issues, and assist with SCCM/MECM and Intune endpoint management.

You will also support VDI operations, maintain docs, and collaborate with global teams. English and Polish proficiency required; experience in an international environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, 2nd/3rd line, desktop or endpoint management.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems.
• Experience troubleshooting OS issues and software deployment.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy fundamentals.
• Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms.
• Basic PowerShell scripting skills.
• English and Polish proficiency.
• Familiarity with software distribution, patch management, and endpoint compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for internal clients across multiple locations.
• Handle and manage support tickets in ServiceNow with timely diagnosis and escalation.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, software deployment, and OS deployment issues.
• Support SCCM/MECM and Intune deployments and endpoint management.
• Support VDI operations and provide environment handover to users.
• Maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
• Collaborate with application owners and infra teams to resolve complex issues.
