Job summary

Spektrum is recruiting for a personnel administration role to support NATO-related workforce programs in Bydgoszcz, Poland. The role involves advising on HR processes, managing personnel data, and ensuring compliance with governance standards.

The successful candidate will bring five years of experience in HR within military or international organizations, with strong English communication and proficiency in core HR tools. This is a 100% on-site position supporting NATO-related operations.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of NATO structures and organizations.
• Very good knowledge of human resources management and personnel administration standards.
• Recent 5 years' experience with working in the military HQ/ international Organization.
• Good Communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Basic knowledge of Host Nation Poland labour law and VAT/Tax rules.
• Driver license B.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the military and civil workforce program within 3NSB.
• Assist in policy development and execution for personnel management.
• Provide advice on personnel aspects of communications and plans.
• Assist with recruitment and management of personnel data.
