Job summary

Spektrum seeks an experienced vehicle maintenance technician to support NATO NCIA programs, delivering hands-on maintenance of a wide range of vehicles and related equipment.

Based in Bydgoszcz, Poland, this 100% on-site role requires a full C and E driving license, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and willingness to travel across Europe to support deployments and field operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in vehicle maintenance.
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Full C and E driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Executes maintenance of NSB vehicles (commercial and tactical).
• Supervises disassembly, repair, re-assembly, tests and inspections of military vehicles and trailers.
• Uses hand and power tools to perform mechanical/electrical repairs.
• Prepares vehicles for deployment and maintains a PLL.
• Coordinates logistics for fluids and spare parts usage and ordering.
• Provides driver training to newly assigned personnel.
• Travels to other NATO sites as required.
• Drives vehicles over 3.5 tonnes with passengers for mission tasks.
