Job summary

Spektrum Labs, Inc. is seeking a Crypto Custodian to join our NATO-focused program in Bydgoszcz, Poland. You will manage crypto material custody, ensure COMSEC compliance, and support security operations for deployed campaigns and garrison sites.

The role requires NATO security training, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a high-security environment with attention to detail and teamwork. On-site work 100% with potential travel to partner sites; you will collaborate with

Qualifications

Security clearance and knowledge of NATO COMSEC procedures.
Experience with crypto material handling and distribution.
Familiarity with security policies, directives, and publications.

Responsibilities

Implementation of security policies for ACO and supervision of related activities within 3NSB.
Provide advice on security aspects of communication plans.
Manage crypto-related activities for deployment and garrison units.
Conduct security inspections (physical, information, personnel, COMSEC).
Maintain Crypto accounts and update documentation and crypto inventory.
Organize shipment of Crypto equipment and assist in Force Protection coordination.
