Job summary

Spektrum Labs, Inc. seeks an experienced HR professional to manage personnel processes for the 3NSB NATO program based in Bydgoszcz, Poland. You will oversee recruitment, documentation, APMS/AMIS/ACOiACT systems, and compliance with Polish labour law and GDPR.

The role requires at least five years in HR management in large organizations, English proficiency, and a NATO security clearance. On-site work only; some travel to NSB sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Recent 5 years' experience in HR management in organization of minimum 300 personnel.
• Very good knowledge of human resources management and personnel administration standards.
• Good knowledge of NATO structures and organizations as well as NATO operational areas.
• English proficiency in written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Managing the military and civilian work force program within 3NSB.
• Formulating, preparing and executing policies for military and civilian personnel management in accordance with higher HQs guidance.
• Advising superiors on personnel aspects of communications and plans.
• Processing NATO personnel documentation and managing APMS/AMIS records.
• Issuing facility access cards and assisting in recruitment and evaluation processes.
