Job summary

OANDA is seeking an Account Onboarding Analyst to manage client applications and ensure regulatory compliance. The role covers end-to-end onboarding from initial request to live trading, in a hybrid work model with in-office presence twice a week.

You will collaborate with Sales, Compliance and Client Experience Teams, maintain audit trails, review alerts, and protect client confidentiality under GDPR. Fluent English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Law or Economics preferred.
• Experience in KYC, AML, Compliance, Legal or Audit is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an appropriate audit trail and documentation to evidence review and assessment of each reviewed application.
• Review and investigate suspicious alerts, referring to Team Lead for guidance when necessary.
• Correspond with Clients in a professional and courteous manner regarding documents and status of accounts.
• Protect the confidentiality of client information in accordance with GDPR regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements across OANDA divisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with Sales, Funds, Compliance and Client Experience Teams and respond promptly to requests.
