Job summary

OANDA Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a Regular Full Stack Engineer to design, build and maintain onboarding flows using React.js and Python (FastAPI).

You will collaborate with external providers and internal teams in a hybrid Cracow-based setup, owning tasks end-to-end from analysis to deployment. The role emphasizes autonomy, scalable cloud-based architectures, and strong English communication across a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer with React.js and Python.
• Strong English communication skills for multicultural teamwork.
• High autonomy and ownership in delivering end-to-end tasks.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and cloud debugging.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain onboarding forms and registration flows using React.js and Python (FastAPI).
• Integrate third-party APIs/SDKs and collaborate with external providers and internal teams.
• Own tasks end-to-end from analysis to production deployment.
• Communicate clearly in English across cross-functional teams.
• Write clean, testable code following SOLID and Clean Code principles.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to improve development workflows.
