• Industry: FX/CFD compliance monitoring experience.
• Regulatory knowledge: FCA rules and broader regulatory environment.
• Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s in Law/Finance/Business; ICA/CISI desirable.
• Analytical skills: Strong analysis with attention to detail; identify root causes.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication; concise reporting.

Responsabilités

• Compliance Monitoring & Assurance: End-to-end reviews across business functions assessing internal controls related to client, employee, senior management, technology, financial crime, and regulatory reporting risks.
• Reporting & Documentation: Draft clear monitoring reports and present findings to Head of Compliance with actionable recommendations.
• Procedure Development: Design and refine compliance policies, testing procedures, and review frameworks.
• Remediation & Improvement: Identify control deficiencies and work with teams to implement remediation plans.
• Regulatory Guidance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory rules to provide pragmatic advice.
• Culture & Awareness: Promote regulatory mindset and risk-aware culture across the organization.
