Qualifications

• 1–2 years in B2B sales, telesales, or onboarding is a plus.
• Strong sales mindset to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent English with excellent verbal communication for outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding for SMB customers through telesales outreach.
• Follow up timely to drive activation and compliance completion.
• Engage prospects via structured calls, emails, and messaging (WhatsApp/Telegram).
• Guide customers through onboarding and improve conversion outcomes.
• Collaborate with operations to support activation and approvals.
• Aim for first funded transactions and introduce Payoneer products.
