Job summary

Payoneer is seeking a motivated onboardings specialist to support SMB customers across domestic and global markets. You will drive activation through structured outreach, leveraging CRM and multi-channel communication to guide customers through onboarding and KYC completion.

Your role emphasizes strong English communication, target-driven activity, and collaboration with operations to ensure timely activations and first funded transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or current student in a related field.
• 1–2 years in B2B sales, telesales, or onboarding roles.
• Strong sales focus and ability to perform under targets.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English with strong phone communication skills.
• Experience in BPO or inside sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard SMB customers across domestic and global markets using structured outreach.
• Utilize CRM tools to support onboarding, KYC completion, and engagement.
• Maintain communications through calls, emails, and messaging sequences.
• Collaborate with operations to support activation and approvals for new accounts.
• Address onboarding, operational, and payment issues promptly for smooth experiences.
• Share feedback and ideas to drive growth.
