Job summary

Nordex Group in Poznań is seeking a logistics assistant to support receiving, verification, and documentation for wind turbine components. You will work with materials, delivery notes, invoices, and shipment volumes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will perform physical and system checks, maintain inventory records, update control spreadsheets daily, and communicate with suppliers and internal teams in Polish and English. A secondary education and basic Excel/ERP skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education; a technical qualification in Logistics is an advantage.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Confident handling of Excel and/or ERP systems.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Structured, process‑oriented, and reliable working style.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and verify delivery documentation (delivery notes, invoices, shipment volumes).
• Carry out physical and system-based checks to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of goods.
• Load and unload trucks in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner.
• Organize, monitor, and maintain comprehensive inventory records.
• Complete and update logistics control spreadsheets and reports on a daily basis.
• Support administrative logistics processes and associated documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders in both Polish and English.
