Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking an on-site Project Manager to support tower production activities at a manufacturing facility in Poland. You will lead project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination to ensure production, quality, and delivery goals are met.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in project management within manufacturing or heavy industry, with strong manufacturing process knowledge and GMP experience. Fluency in Polish is mandatory for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, or construction.
• Strong project, process, and quality management skills.
• Polish language is mandatory (Fluent level).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for tower prototype production.
• Track progress against KPIs and milestones, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to cost, schedule, quality, and supply chain.
• Deliver regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Act as the on-site representative at the new facility in Poland.
• Monitor GMP-compliant manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with QA to ensure quality checks.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to meet cost, delivery, and quality targets.
• Serve as the communication hub between production, engineering, and program management.
