Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, and device deployment.
- Experience providing on-site technical support in financial services is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for options trading technology systems.
- Monitor system health and perform maintenance and updates.
- Diagnose issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolutions.
- Manage incidents and service requests per SLAs and document outcomes.
- Build relationships with client stakeholders and act as technical advisor.
- Collaborate on system enhancements and assist with testing and deployments.
- Deliver training to client staff and share best practices.
