Job summary

Cantor Fitzgerald is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join its global technology team in Warsaw. You will support clients with integration and use of our electronic trading platforms and APIs, combining hands-on technical work with stakeholder management.

This role spans pre- and post-sales activities, coordinating with clients, sales, and engineering to deliver seamless integration, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive improvements using automation and AI.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing technical role (e.g., TAM, Integration Engineer, FIX onboarding).
• Strong knowledge of FIX protocol and/or API-based integrations.
• Experience in financial services/fintech, ideally capital markets.
• Understanding of trading systems and front-to-back workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, including log analysis & connectivity problems.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with API/ FIX integration and market data ON-boarding.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation across regions.
• Partner with Sales to support solution design & delivery.
• Act as primary technical contact for clients and build strong relationships.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and act as escalation point.

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our global technology team, supporting clients with the integration and use of our electronic trading platforms and APIs.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, client engagement, and delivery, combining hands-on technical work with stakeholder management. You will support both pre- and post-sales activities, working closely with clients, sales teams, and engineering to deliver seamless integration solutions.

You will play a key role in helping clients adopt our products efficiently, troubleshoot complex issues, and continuously improve how our technology is delivered and used.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with the integration of APIs (including FIX) for market data, order entry, and STP
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects across multiple regions
• Partner with Sales during pre- and post-sales engagements to support solution design and delivery
• Act as a primary technical contact for clients, building strong working relationships
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, acting as a point of escalation
• Work closely with internal engineering teams to enhance products based on client feedback
• Coordinate testing, certification, and rollout of new features and releases
• Provide guidance and training to clients on product usage
• Document processes and contribute to improving internal knowledge sharing
• Use tools such as JIRA and Confluence to track issues and manage deliverables
• Contribute to initiatives focused on automating and improving workflows using modern tools and AI

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in a client-facing technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Integration Engineer, FIX Onboarding)
• Strong knowledge of FIX protocol and/or API-based integrations
• Experience working in financial services or fintech, ideally within capital markets
• Understanding of trading systems and front-to-back workflows
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, including log analysis and connectivity problems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in cross-functional, global environments
• Familiarity with electronic trading platforms or market data systems
• Experience with certification tools (e.g. VeriFIX)
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and networking (TCP/IP)
• Exposure to multiple asset classes (e.g. FX, Rates, Fixed Income)
• Experience working with external vendors or third-party integrations
• Interest in leveraging automation and AI tools to improve efficiency

Work Arrangement

This role supports our US clients, and therefore the working hours will align with the US East Coast (New York) time zone.

The position can be either fully remote or hybrid, with a base in Warsaw.

The role is offered primarily on a permanent employment contract (Umowa o Pracę – UoP).
