Job summary

Options Technology is seeking an On-Site Technical Support Engineer in Warsaw, Poland. The role focuses on supporting our options trading technology infrastructure and coordinating with the client’s tech team to ensure smooth operation.

The candidate will monitor systems, perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and manage incidents with adherence to SLAs. Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential, with a readiness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of on-site technical support experience in financial services.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; client-facing.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects.
• Knowledge of 365, Azure, endpoint management, and device deployment is a plus.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+ or MCSA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• On-site support as the primary technical contact for the client.
• Monitor the health and performance of internal systems; perform maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolutions.
• Handle incidents and service requests per SLAs and document resolutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders as a technical advisor.
• Collaborate on system enhancements and upgrades with the development team.
• Conduct training sessions for client staff and share best practices.
