Job summary

Siemens Energy is hiring a Site Quality Manager (f/m/d) for the Wrocław site to lead on-site quality management across construction, erection and commissioning activities. You will oversee QA/QC, ensure adherence to field quality plans and coordinate with consortium members and third party organizations on quality issues.

The role requires welding technology certification and NDT Level 2, with strong English and Polish communication and a proven track record in on-site QA.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site quality management for construction, erection and commissioning.
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes and compliance with field quality plans and procedures.
• Fluent English and Polish; strong communication at site level.

Responsibilities

• Install and implement the Quality Management System on site.
• Report QA/QC activities to General Site Manager.
• Coordinate QA/QC with consortium members and third party organizations.
