Job summary

SQA Services seeks a detail-oriented Electromechanical Inspector with welding background to ensure the quality and integrity of electromechanical components and assemblies in Swiebodzice, Poland. The on-site role runs 5 days a week, 4–8 hours daily, first shift, with a 1+ year contract.

Responsibilities include incoming, in-process and final inspections, documentation verification, and FAT witness as needed. welding experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting electromechanical components, preferably cooling systems.
• Welding inspection techniques and weld integrity.
• 5 years professional experience OR ASME/CWI certification.

Responsibilities

• Incoming inspection from external providers.
• In-process and final inspection of critical features.
• Compile final inspection sign-off sheet and reports.
• Verify inspection equipment and methodology per drawings.
• Audit and validate execution to the inspection plan.
• Provide weekly reports on site ramp progress and quality performance.
• Conduct periodic supplier factory quality audits and report results.
• Drive closure of non-conformances.
• Ensure supplier QC documents findings are recorded.
• Provide customer witness for FAT and verify equipment readiness.
• Inspect rivets and mechanical assemblies.
• Read wiring diagrams.
