Job summary

SQA Services seeks an on-site Electromechanical Inspector with welding background in Swiebodzice, Poland, for a 1+ year contract. The role ensures quality, compliance, and integrity of electromechanical components.

On-site work is required five days a week, 4–8 hours daily, with documentation and reporting responsibilities. Candidates should have experience inspecting electromechanical systems, welding inspection capabilities, and either 5 years of experience or ASME/CWI certification.

Qualifications

• Experience with inspecting electromechanical components, preferably cooling systems.
• Welding experience and inspection techniques of weld integrity.
• 5 years professional experience or 3 years with ASME or CWI certification.

Responsibilities

• Incoming inspection from external providers of products or services.
• In-process and final inspection of critical features such as witness inspection.
• Compile final inspection sign-off sheet and report packages.
• Verify inspection equipment can detect defects and that methods meet drawing intent.
• Audit and validate execution to the inspection plan.
• Provide weekly reports of ramp progress and equipment quality performance.
• Conduct periodic quality audits of the supplier's factory and report results.
• Drive closure of non-conformance findings and ensure documentation.
• Provide customer witness for FAT and ensure Level 1 commissioning before shipment.
• Inspect rivets and mechanical assemblies; read wiring diagrams.
