Job summary

SQA Services seeks an on-site Electromechanical Inspector with welding background to ensure quality and compliance of assemblies. Role is 1+ year contract, on-site 5 days/week, first shift, Swiebodzice.

Responsibilities include incoming, in-process, and final inspections, verification of equipment, and audit of inspection plans with weekly site reports. Welding inspection and ASME/CWI-certified candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting electromechanical components, preferably cooling systems.
• Welding inspection techniques and weld integrity assessment.
• Minimum 5 years professional experience or ASME/CWI certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections of products/services from external providers.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections of critical features.
• Compile final inspection sign-off sheets and reports.
• Verify inspection equipment accuracy and measurement capability.
• Ensure inspection methods align with drawings and specifications.
• Audit and validate execution to the inspection plan.
• Provide weekly ramp progress and site quality performance reports.
• Conduct periodic supplier quality audits and report results.
• Drive closure of non-conformance findings.
• Provide customer witness for FAT and commissioning readiness.
