Job summary

The role requires a technical engineering background, experience with TPM/SMED/6S, and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical or related).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and process improvement.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, PFMEA, BOMs, and process descriptions.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate on tooling, equipment, and Kaizen initiatives across teams.
