Job summary

ISS Tech Team in Warsaw, Poland, is hiring a Network Automation Engineer. The role focuses on designing, building and improving automation for a global network and cloud connectivity environment.

You will develop automation workflows using Nautobot, Python, Ansible and Terraform, support Azure networking, and collaborate with network engineers, cloud and security teams to improve data

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in network automation within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong scripting and automation skills, especially with Python.
• Experience with Ansible for infrastructure or network automation.
• Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tooling.
• Experience with Nautobot as a source of truth for network inventory and automation.
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, IPsec, routing, BGP).
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks and cloud/hybrid connectivity, preferably Azure.
• Experience with APIs, data formats and Git-based collaboration.
• Ability to work in English within an international team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain network automation solutions for global operations.
• Build automation workflows with Nautobot, Python, Ansible, Terraform and related tools.
• Develop Nautobot as a source of truth for inventory, IPAM, device data and workflows.
• Create scripts, playbooks, templates and pipelines to automate changes and reporting.
• Support IaC approaches for network and cloud connectivity, incl. Azure networking.
• Collaborate with global IT, cloud, security teams and service providers.
• Document automation standards, procedures and reusable templates.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, monitoring and service quality.
