Sii Poland is seeking Maintenance Engineers to support automated logistics centers in Germany, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults and ensuring continuous operation. You will perform inspections, coordinate with operators, and work shifts at client sites as part of a multinational team. This role offers exposure to modern automation and opportunities to develop expertise in conveyors and SCADA within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance/industrial automation experience.
• Experience with conveyors, depalletizers, or similar warehouse automation.
• Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
• English or German language skills for an international environment.
• Willingness to work shifts and on-site in Germany.

Responsabilités

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electromechanical failures in automated logistics systems.
• Performing scheduled inspections, maintenance, and preventive actions.
• Ensuring the continuity of operation of transport and storage systems.
• Analyzing the causes of failures and implementing preventive measures.
• Cooperating with operators and technical teams during shift work at the client's site.
