Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking Maintenance Engineers to work at client logistics facilities in Germany, supporting maintenance and development of automated centers, ensuring reliability of transport and storage systems. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventive actions, collaborating with operators in a dynamic environment.

Fluency in English or German is required, and you must be willing to work on-site in Germany, joining a team dedicated to warehousing automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in maintenance, service, or industrial automation.
• Experience with conveyors, depalletizers, monorail systems, or similar installations.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• English or German language skills for international work environment.
• Willingness to work shifts and on-site in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electromechanical failures in automated logistics systems.
• Performing scheduled inspections, maintenance, and preventive actions.
• Ensuring the continuity of operation of transport and storage systems.
• Analyzing the causes of failures and implementing preventive measures.
• Cooperating with operators and technical teams during shift work at the client's site.
