Sii Poland is seeking Maintenance Engineers to join our international team and support automated logistics centers at client sites in Germany. You will maintain and improve transport and storage systems, diagnose failures, and ensure continuous operation in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.

With 3+ years in maintenance or automation, you will work with conveyors and automated lines, coordinating with operators and engineers during shifts on-site in Germany, while using English or German to

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in maintenance, service or industrial automation.
• Experience with conveyors, depalletizers or monorail systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• English or German language skills for an international environment.
• Willingness to work shifts and on-site in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electromechanical failures in automated logistics systems.
• Performing scheduled inspections, maintenance, and preventive actions.
• Ensuring the continuity of operation of transport and storage systems.
• Analyzing the causes of failures and implementing measures to prevent their recurrence.
• Cooperating with operators and technical teams during shift work at the client's site.
