Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking Maintenance Engineers to support our international client in Germany, focusing on automated logistics centers. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical and electromechanical systems and ensure continuous operations on conveyors and storage lines.

You will work on-site at logistics facilities in Germany, participate in shift schedules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance or industrial automation experience.
• Experience with conveyors, depalletizers, monorail systems or similar.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Communicative English or German to work internationally.
• Willingness to work shifts and on-site in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electromechanical failures in automated logistics systems
• Performing scheduled inspections, maintenance, and preventive actions
• Ensuring the continuity of operation of transport and storage systems
• Analyzing the causes of failures and implementing measures to prevent their recurrence
• Cooperating with operators and technical teams during shift work at the client's site
