Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking Maintenance Engineers to support automated logistics centers for a client in Germany. You will diagnose, maintain, and optimize transport and storage systems, ensuring high availability and reliability in a dynamic, international setting.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in maintenance or industrial automation, hands-on with conveyors or similar lines, and the ability to work shifts on-site in Germany. English or German language skills are required.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, technical service, or industrial automation.
Experience with conveyors, depalletizers, monorail systems, or similar warehouse automation installations.
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
Communicative knowledge of English or German enabling work in an international environment.
Willingness to work shifts and on-site in Germany.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electromechanical failures in automated logistics systems.
Performing scheduled inspections, maintenance, and preventive actions.
Ensuring the continuity of operation of transport and storage systems.
Analyzing the causes of failures and implementing measures to prevent their recurrence.
Cooperating with operators and technical teams during shift work at the client's site.
