Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking Maintenance Engineers to support automated logistics centers in Germany. You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults, perform regular preventive actions, and ensure continuous operation of transport and storage systems.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in maintenance or industrial automation, experience with conveyors or similar systems, and can work in English or German in an international environment, including on-site shifts in Germany.

Qualifications

3+ years in maintenance/technical service/industrial automation.
Experience with conveyors, depalletizers, monorail systems, or similar warehouse automation.
Able to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
English or German for international environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electromechanical failures in automated logistics systems.
Perform scheduled inspections, maintenance, and preventive actions.
Ensure continuity of operation of transport and storage systems.
Analyze failure causes and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate with operators and technical teams during shift work at the client site.
