Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Facilities Manager to own service delivery across a portfolio of client sites in Warsaw. You will balance operations, budgets, and stakeholder relations while guiding the FM team to meet and exceed KPIs and safety standards.

You’ll coordinate vendors, drive best practices, and serve as the trusted on-site partner for clients and the broader FM group in a hybrid Warsaw workspace.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders.
• Experience supervising teams and delivering services.
• Fluency in English; local language knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery across client sites and meet KPIs/SLAs.
• Primary client and vendor contact; build strong relationships.
• Develop and implement Building Operation Plans.
• Manage budgets with Finance and report variances.
• Coordinate procurement from bidding to execution.
• Lead the FM team to deliver programs and initiatives.
• Conduct site inspections and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure Health & Safety and compliance across sites.
• Represent JLL in the local business community and assist in emergencies.
