Job summary

Ltvplus is seeking an empathetic, sharp Omnichannel Support Specialist for a remote, part-time role with a fast-growing junk removal service client. You’ll deliver voice, chat, email, and SMS support across the customer journey, ensuring clear communication and reliable service.

You should have 1–2+ years in omnichannel support, near-native English (C1/C2), 50+ WPM, and experience with Zendesk or Aircall. A background in on-demand marketplaces or field services is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in omnichannel customer support (phone, chat, email, SMS)
• Native or near-native English fluency (C1/C2)
• Typing 50+ WPM with ability to multi-task across tabs and CRM
• Demonstrated de-escalation skills for stressed customers
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Aircall, Slack, Google Workspace preferred
• Experience with on-demand marketplaces or field services is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, empathetic support across phone, chat, SMS, and email
• Manage order confirmations, arrival windows, rescheduling, billing inquiries
• De-escalate challenging situations with customer-first solutions
• Coordinate with dispatch and field teams to resolve on-site questions
• Accurately document interactions in the CRM for seamless handoffs
