Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Merchandise Planner in Warsaw to drive omni-channel financial plans and assortment strategies that maximize sales, margin, and GMROI. You’ll partner with buyers and analysts to align item plans with financial goals and monitor performance to adjust plans in-season.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business Related field.
• 5 - 7 Years of experience, including 3+ years of planning or related merchandising experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop Omni Channel department financial plans aligned with department and company goals.
• Develops Assortment plans with buyers, align item plans to financial plans and identify gaps or opportunities.
• Partner with internal and external partners to deliver plans in-season and optimize sales, margin and GMROI.
• Communicate forecasts and strategies to management by summarizing analyses and insights.
• Collaborate with vendors to align on sales and receipt forecasts and optimize inventory.
