DICK’S Sporting Goods in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Buyer who will own a product category, build and manage assortments, and drive sales, margin and turnover across all channels. You will lead merchandising initiatives, collaborate with vendors, and develop exclusive products for multiple DSG stores and online.

The role requires leading teams, strong analytical skills, and the ability to forecast demand and negotiate pricing.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, merchandising or business-related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in a leadership/management role.
• Strong merchandising, analytics and vendor-management skills.
• Experience building omni-channel strategies and assortments.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales, margin and turnover through strategic merchandising plans.
• Build visual merchandising and eCommerce strategies to support objectives.
• Create and manage category assortments with brands aligned to trends.
• Analyze market and financial data to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Execute regional marketing and pricing strategies to showcase the assortment.
